2021.12.05 15:10 12D-25 Wiederholter Versand von BtM an eine Adresse

Hallo,

2021.12.05 15:10 Crashmore1929 Hours Played vs. Money Spent - An Idiotic Argument

I keep seeing the same argument from the defenders of this abysmal, trash game: "I spent $40 for over 200 hours of playtime, this is well worth it!"
Is it? If I were playing a single player, story-based game, I couldn't agree more. Hell, I'd be glad with 20-30 hours out of a game like that. As for this dumpster fire of an MMO? If you spent 200 hours on the game, about 195 of those hours would be spent grinding boring, pointless, repetitive nonsense over and over and over again. The game is played this way with the assumption that those hundreds of boring hours will yield something meaningful and enjoyable down the road, but we see with the way things are being handled that is not the case.
THIS is why many people are angry. 200 hours in an MMO like this isn't getting your money's worth, it's a complete waste of time. I'd gladly pay $60 to get that time back and spend it on literally anything else.

2021.12.05 15:10 _isara_ I (26 F) feel like I don't attract men even if I'm decent looking

Hey, please bear with me as I almost never post and English isn't my first language :)
It's a kinda simple matter, I'm a fairly attractive woman (26 F), sporty, tall (170 cm) and outgoing/friendly. I work in a male dominated field and I'm a volunteer firefighter since a short time. I've been single for 2 years.
In the past, I had low self esteem issues but now I learnt how to be confident about myself. I'm an independant woman, I travel alone and don't "need" anybody but I love being around people and hangout with my friends (mostly males too).
I feel like I'm not seen as a potential partner or flirt, men hardly ever show interest, even if I'm surrounded by them on a daily basis. Maybe I'm blind to these signs, but I don't think so. I make the first move most of the time in dating, but whenever I have a real crush on someone I can become a bit distant and shy as I don't know how to act normally around my crush.
I don't think i'm considered part of "the boys" either: I stay feminine/elegant, but I heard people around me found me a bit cold or unapproachable even if I think I'm quite the opposite
What should I do? Do you think it's because I'm always hanging out with men? Do I scare people? Am I too independant? Maybe they assume I may already be taken? On paper I feel like I have what a man looks for...
Thanks a lot for your replies :)

2021.12.05 15:10 Sharath_of_God The Lord is My Shepherd, I shall not want.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Is the Lord your Shepherd?
In one of the most well-known passages in all of scripture which is even recognized by non-Christian men and women, the psalmist made a profound statement beginning at verse 1 of Psalms 23 KJV, Where the scriptures say; The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
I want to expound on this deep-seated passage, though it may seem simple, it is evident that many don’t grasp the depth and magnitude of this statement. Firstly, the Holy Spirit beautifully reveals in the succeeding passages of Psalms 23 what it means to know the Lord as Shepherd. Which is to have sustenance, rest, refreshment, instruction, guidance, protection, and to know discipline, to receive healing and the anointing of the Holy Spirit whereby we know that we are His.
Many professing Christians today want to experience these blessings, yet they don’t want to be under the reigns of Christ. With that, I want to emphasize how that those blessings are all encompassing only when we allow for the Lord firstly to be the Shepherd of our life. The blessing of God doesn’t come such as to entice you to come to Him. They come once we become sheep in the fold of Christ and answer to the calling of the Good Shepherd.
As it is written: O fear the Lord, ye His saints: for there is no want to them that fear Him. Only those who fear the Lord will recognize Him as the Shepherd of their life. If you profess to be a sheep in the fold of Christ, but you aren’t experiencing these blessings. I want to ask you, have you considered that perhaps you haven’t truly submitted to the Lord as your Shepherd!? As it is written, “every way of the man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord pondereth the hearts”.
What will the Lord find when He searches your heart today? For many rather than fear of Him, it will be Lust, Envy, Jealousy, hatred, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride or foolishness. As it is written All these things come from within, out of the heart of man and defile the man. And again, it is written if any man defile the temple of God him shall God destroy, for the temple of God is holy which temple ye are!
There is a lack of reverence in the church today, professing Christians aren’t submitting to the Lord wholly, nor are they holy! The Lord hath said, “Give unto the Lord the glory due unto His name, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness”! (Psalms 29:2) I want to make this so plain that you’ve just got to get it. A Shepherd in both the Old Testament and the New, is defined as a ruler in Hebrew and in the New Testament the Greek says the shepherd is more expressly defined as a ruler, feeder and protector of a flock of men.
Though the shepherd is one of the meeker names the Lord is known by, there is no coincidence that in both Hebrew and Greek, the word shepherd is understood to be and is defined firstly as a Ruler. Therefore, to say, “the Lord is my shepherd” it is to firstly say that He has rulership over our life. I want to ask you, can you say before the angel recording in heaven, that the Lord has this rulership over your life?
Many professing Christians today only want for the Lord to be their feeder and protector and aren’t really interested in Him being their Ruler. The scriptures say “The Lord is good to the them that wait on Him, to the soul that seeketh Him” (Lam 3:25). The scriptures don’t support making a vain prayer or making a halfhearted confession, or some selfish prayer and believing that is how God will bless you. Many professing Christians today are lacking in many areas of their life both spiritually and physically because they have not submitted to the Lord as ruler of their life! The Lord said, (hear it now) Thou shall love the Lord thy God with ALL thy heart, all of the soul, all of thy mind and all of thy strength!
It is written, let us not love in word neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth, hereby we shall know that we are of the truth and shall assure our hearts before Him! (1 John 3:18-19) Are you fulfilling that scripture today? Beloved ones, if we aren’t experiencing the promises in the succeeding passages of Psalms 23 then we have failed to recognize the Lord in truth, as the Shepherd of our life! The second half of verse 1 says expressly, I shall not want.
Make any excuse you’d like, but it is written, God is not a man that He should lie. Contrary to the Word of God, most professing followers of Christ are covetous and all they do is want. Why does the scripture say “I shall not want”?
Beloved ones, when we have submitted to the Lord firstly as the Ruler of our life, only then can we receive the promises of the latter passages, where the Lord promises peace, restoration, sustenance, and protection etc. If the Lord is truly our Shepherd, He will bring us to a place, position and posture where we can say, I shall not want.
According to as it is also written in Psalm 34:9-10 King James Version (KJV)
O fear the Lord, ye His saints, for there is no want to them that fear (reverence) Him.
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
This passage speaks of His continued promise to supply and sustain those who fear Him as one should the Shepherd. In the new testament the scriptures say; But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:19)
Furthermore, when the Lord is our Shepherd, He is committed to protect His flock as it is written, and when He putteth forth His own sheep, He goeth before them, and the sheep follow Him: for they know His voice.
In another Psalm the scriptures say; My defense is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. (Psalms 7:10) To be upright is to walk according to the Lord’s moral, honest and virtuous principles, precepts and commandments. Apart from Christ we don’t know His path. As is written in verse Psalms 23: 3: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
If we call the Lord our Shepherd, it’s important to understand and acknowledge the Lord has promised these blessings, to those who will submit to Him as their Ruler. I want to soak in this a little, A ruler is defined as One that governs and exercises supreme power over others. Such as a King. Let’s review and be mindful of who our Lord is!
Hear the Word of God
Psalm 24:8-10 King James Version (KJV)
8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.
And again, we read in-
1 Timothy 6:15 King James Version (KJV)
15 Which in His times He shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
The Psalms are so deeply profound and filled with instruction, direction and divine counsel for the hearts of those who desire to walk after the heart of God. David was an example of a man that had such great fear (reverence) for the Lord and understood that it would be those who would acknowledge Him as Ruler over their life, that would experience an abundance of blessedness from the Lord. The first chapter of the Psalms starts with the words,” Blessed is the man” which sets the tone for all that is to follow for those who walk in the Spirit. Someone said, all you have to do is say you believe. That’s a lie from satans rotten mouth!
Another issue in the church today is that many don’t know what biblical belief is. For many believing is only ever a thought that they entertain within their mind to keep them happy about a certain thing.
Biblical belief in faith in action faith which is trusting that God will do what He has promised; Abraham believed God and it was imputed unto him as righteousness. How did Abraham believe God? He was willing to sacrifice the son that God promised “In Isaac shall thy seed be called” Abraham was willing to sacrifice the son (take action to do the Will of God). So if he sacrificed Isaac, how then would his seed be called? This is where his belief was shown. As it is written; Abraham 19Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure. You can see then, how that it takes action to exercise what we call faith and to justify (show or prove) what we say we believe.
The Word of God teaches us that He desires truth in our inward parts. We have to learn to be doers of the Word and not hearers only deceiving our own selves. Then and only then will God be our Lord, our Ruler our Protector and our Feeder.
Hear the Word of God-
Psalm 145:18-19 King James Version (KJV)
18 The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth.
19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear Him: He also will hear their cry, and will save them.
Note the second part of verse 18 above, where the scripture says, The Lord is nigh (near) unto all them call upon Him in Truth. Many people say that the Lord is their Shepherd but not in truth. As they are lacking and are wanting.
I want to ask you, have you experienced a time when someone only called you to use you? They wanted for you to help them in some way, then once they used you, they stop calling or reaching out to you? They didn’t really care for you, but wanted from you. When the scripture speaks to calling on the Lord in truth. This truth speaks of someone sincere that not only looks for the Lord in bad times but will readily acknowledge Him in all situations and circumstances as Ruler of their life as it is written, He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. (Psalms 145:19)
Whether we are facing good or bad situations, we have to understand as it is written: I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. (Jer 17:10) If you depend on the Lord as your Ruler, He will also be your feeder during famine and protector in times of danger. As it is written; in famine He shall redeem thee from death and in war from the power of the sword.
Many professing Christians will never get to experience the beautiful promises that are written in this chapter (Psalms 23) unless they’re willing to let go of their life and give it to the Lord, that He may rule over it. I want to ask you today; will you give yourself over to the Lord wholly in unreserved obedience that He may be the Ruler of your life? The Lord our God does not call us His sheep, servants or people because of what we can do, but rather what He is able to do through a willing vessel. I exhort you according to the scripture that says “Faint not to be strong in the Lord that He may confirm you, cleave unto Him. For the Lord Almighty is God alone and beside Him there is no other Saviour”.
We must acknowledge that God’s Word is not without effect. How can we measure whether or not, we are of truth in saying the Lord is my shepherd? Firstly, if you aren’t experiencing the promises in the succeeding passages of Psalms 23, will you question whether the Lord is keeping His promise? A better question would be, have you truly submitted to His rulership over your life?
We can say the Lord is our shepherd, but unless it’s shown in our willingness to submit to His Rulership, and the promises He has made are manifest in our life. Then we only deceive ourselves but as the scripture says; Numbers 23:19 King James Version
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
As the Lord well said, why call Me Lord, Lord, and not do the things which I say. In another passage the Psalm says “the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, he delighteth in His way”. Do you delight in His way or your own way? The blessings in Psalms 23 are only received if we can firstly acknowledge the Lord as our Shepherd. His Rulership over His sheep comes before any sustenance or protection! We cannot expect for the Lord to be our feeder and protector if we aren’t willing to acknowledge Him first, as our Ruler!
Our actions show the level of reverence (fear) we have toward the Lord our God and will speak to whether or not the Lord truly is our Shepherd. The Lord wants for all His sheep to experience His continued blessings, but it starts with His rulership in our life. Another issue for another time is how that many think that since “they’ve found the Lord” they no longer need to seek Him. To the contrary the Word of God says; Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face evermore”! That is to say continually!
I pray that if there be any hindrance that is keeping you from recognizing the Lord as the Shepherd of your life, that the Lord will break the bonds, chains and fetters that are keeping, holding and preventing you. That He may bring you to this place of peace and restoration, sustenance, protection, correction, instruction and direction. The place of rest that He intends for ALL of His sheep. That you may experience the blessedness of all who delight in His way!
Your brother in the Lord Jesus Christ-
Joshua

I’m a commercial roofing estimator, looking for a simple way to “draw” tpo fingers on blueprints to be able to provide install drawings for submitted purposes. Essentially, I want to be able to draw a 20’ long line every 10’ or so lengthwise on a roof. I’ve been messing with the joist tool, and it kind of works, but I’m wondering if there’s an easier method that I’m not seeing?
We have edge as well, and I can do this in edge, but I can’t generate as good of a drawing for my field crews, and I’m really trying to not do things in triplicate when I don’t have to.

2021.12.05 15:10 IYWSYWNHDI Experimental rust server

I know there is the staging branch but I’m thinking more like a single server that would only test a couple community requested changes. Things that would be easy to implement but would test the balance of said change instead of the bugs of the change like the testing branch does.
Maybe this sounds stupid but it would implement all the things that people are asking for like no map, no friending system, maybe test the randomized recoil, test the compound bow nerf, test the code lock implementation, etc. Just to be able to see the communities reaction to the change before putting them into all face punch servers.
Basically just a server to test certain changes in regards to game balance. This would let the community try out certain changes, then give some valuable feedback to the team whether this change was good or bad.

2021.12.05 15:10 86806 Frustrating times for new players, making it hard to recommend to friends

VENTING: After about an hour of trying to get my buddy's email freed up to make a new account (a lot of back and forth between Square Enix store, Mogstation and FFXIV store) we finally got his account set up. He's a UX designer and wouldn't shut up about how unintuitive the websites and menus are. I've never really had problems myself, but that's his expertise and he reeeeeeally struggled with getting things set up for a new account.

Finally got the ball rolling and homie then spent over $100 to buy Endwalker, character boost and story skip to play with us, but runs into another road block: now he can't even make a char on any NA server, let alone the ones we play on (Famfrit, Lamia and Ultros - we're already split up because of server probs). How the heck can 24 different worlds not be accepting new players?? It really sucks because this game is so great, maybe too great, but having seen my buddy burn that type of cash for something he won't get to enjoy for the foreseeable future, I may never again recommend anyone pick this game up. And I personally feel bad for urging him to do all this, because I genuinely believe this will be the best expansion yet. This is such a mega bummer :(

INB4 don't waste money on a skip, the story is soooo good: HE STILL CAN'T MAKE A CHARACTER PERIOD. Also, homie has been consuming content on this game since the WoW exodus - he's a new player, but not new to the lore - furthermore, what we decide to do on that front is straight up none of your business...
